How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated transit times after dispatch:
- UK: 7–10 working days.
- US: 10–15 working days.
- Selected EU countries: 12–15 working days.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We'll email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us at services@fourmint.com.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us at services@fourmint.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Please contact services@fourmint.com before sending anything back. See our Returns & Refund Policy for more details.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Product Information
What does GSM mean?
GSM stands for grams per square metre and indicates fabric weight. A higher GSM generally means a heavier fabric, while a lower GSM generally means a lighter fabric. GSM alone doesn't determine softness, durability or overall quality.
How do I know the fabric and weight of a product?
Check the product page for its fabric composition, GSM, fit and other specifications. These details vary by style, so please refer to the individual product listing.
How should I choose my size?
Our size charts use flat garment measurements. Allow for a possible 1–3 cm measurement variation. If you prefer a slimmer fit, please review the measurements carefully before ordering, as our styles may fit more loosely than expected.
Are fading, raw edges and distressed details defects?
Not necessarily. Washed, faded, raw-edge and distressed details may be intentional design features. Slight variations in colour, texture and finish can occur. If an item has damage beyond its intended design or differs materially from its description, please contact us for assistance.
